Director of Marketing
Responsibilities:
Guides the completion of very complex projects within unit. Defines projects, selects sources and monitors results. Develops strategic and business plans in regard to marketing needs. Develops and implements marketing programs and channel strategies to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products/services. Successfully defines work flows, jobs, and reporting relationships to obtain optimum effectiveness of department. Area of responsibility is primarily tactical/operational in nature. Develops and manages departmental budgets and/or business plans for a small to mid-size department or business unit. Typical responsibility for innovation is to continuously enhance or improve existing marketing channels, and processes needed to achieve goals. Identifies resource needs and develops justification.

Skills:
Leadership planning and problem solving skills, Excellent Analytical Skills, Developing procedures, Ability to manage in a retail environment Experience with or knowledge of budget, basic accounting principles and procedures, demonstrated ability in analysis planning Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Database applications, willingness to learn and use new computer programs/applications Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy. Excellent proof reading and editing skills. Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to plan activities and programs such as meetings and orientations. Ability to develop and give oral presentations to both large and small groups. Basic or advanced written communication skills. Ability to communicate detailed or technical information clearly, accurately and concisely. Experience interacting with customers/clients. Experience interacting with senior management. Experience or demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve very complex problems. Familiarity or knowledge of determining organizational structure and supervisory relationships for own segment of company. Ability/willingness to learn new Siemens processes and reporting requirements. Excellent/strong skills required in working as a team; in particular with Call Center to support common goals. Responsible and accountable for overall success of function or project. 10-25% of travel required
