Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning and minor maintenance duties in maintaining the Support Center building. Provide assistance to staff, visitors and other employees, as necessary. Ship items out via USPS or other delivery companies as requested by Support Center staff. Receive and distribute mail and packages from USPS and other delivery companies. Assist with special projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Skills:
Troubleshooting and technical abilities Basic or advanced written and communication skills Basic Microsoft Office Skills (word, PowerPoint and excel) Basic Math Skills Ability to follow instructions Ability to process high volume data entry Ability to work accurately and quickly in a fast-paced environment Ability to communicate detailed or technical information clearly, accurately and concisely Experience interacting with customers/clients Ability to work independently Planning and problem-solving skills Travel required: Local, other as needed Ability to work overtime, including some nights and weekends
Experience:
Previous handyman experience preferred Shipping and Receiving experience preferred
