Title:
Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser
Responsibilities:
Administers and interprets variety of tests such as air and bone conduction, and speech reception and discrimination tests to determine type and degree of hearing impairment, site of damage and effects on comprehension and speech. Evaluates test results to determine communication problems and make the most appropriate recommendations. To achieve and maintain levels of professional statistics that are indicative of a high standard of patient care. To work within a team environment with other members of the center staff in achieving net revenue goals established by Regional and Main office management. Maintain an expertise in the selling, fitting and troubleshooting of current hearing aid technology. Comply with FDA guidelines, HEARx practice guidelines and QPG protocols. Maintain professional license and CEU requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent BCHIS Certification
Skills:
Basic Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy - Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast paced environment Basic or advanced written communication skills – Ability to communicate detailed or technical information clearly, accurately and concisely - Experience interacting with customers/clients Travel not required for position

Title:
Marketing Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of marketing programs and campaigns in assigned divisions; provide general support to the Marketing department. • Implements key components of marketing plan and budget for assigned divisions • Maintain/monitor budget for assigned divisions • Maintains all marketing materials— o Coordinates the creation and production of sales and marketing materials required to assist in campaign promotion and/or event notification including flyers, brochures, and inventory collateral materials o Proofread all marketing materials for spelling, grammar, typographical and/or technical errors. o Acts as a liaison with agency and vendors to ensure timely, accurate production and delivery • General support to the department as needed to assist in meeting deadlines and coordinate communications to the field • All other duties as assigned by Director of Marketing • Create and monitor open house event marketing calendar and deadlines for production o Follow up on each event to determine effectiveness & value; review reporting with management o Manage marketing integration and implementation for center acquisitions in assigned markets o Serve as point of contact for two sales divisions

REQUIREMENTS

Education:
College Degree and 5 years experience in corporate marketing department
Skills:
Excellent communication skills required. Intermediate level Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
Experience:
Experienced proofreading and writing skills a must.
