Customer Relations Representative
Primary responsibility is to handle requests and provide customer service, guidance, and support for hearing care products and/or programs. Completes investigations and resolves semi-complex problems. Coordinates activities with other internal departments to meet customer needs. Run weekly, monthly and quarterly raw data reports to support Customer Service and Quality Management functions Perform ancillary tasks, as necessary, to support Quality Management & Customer Service.


High School Diploma or equivalent Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Basic Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) – Database applications – Willingness to learn and use new computer programs/applications Ability to process high volume data entry – Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy – Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast paced environment Basic or advanced written communication skills – Ability to communicate detailed or technical information clearly, accurately and concisely - Experience interacting with customers/clients Experience or demonstrated ability to work independently. Ability/willingness to learn. Travel not required for position
