Division Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Direct and support division initiatives, activities and processes through coordination of lead generation and community marketing and center organization. Accountable for managing and maintaining confidential employee information on the division level, including human resource processes and division payroll. Oversees and manages centers' monthly ordering and reporting processes for purchase requisitions, work orders, petty cash reimbursement and inventory. Creates and distributes reports to division leadership and division staff to support center operations. Support service excellence by interacting with patients and resolving concerns as needed. Coordinates division meetings and continuing education trainings. Provides training for center employees regarding processes and procedures, including new employee processing and training. Communicates with various support center departments to represent the needs for the division.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Skills:
Non Management position Experience with or knowledge of budget - knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures - Ability to make judgments regarding services based on cost and serviceability. Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) Database applications-Willingness to learn and use new computer programs/applications. Ability to process high volume data entry-Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy. Excellent proof reading and editing skills - Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast paced environment- Ability to plan activities and programs such as meetings and orientations. Ability to develop and give oral presentations to both large and small groups - Basic or advanced written communications skills - Ability to communicate detailed or technical information clearly, accurately and concisely - Experience interacting with customers/clients - Experience interacting with senior management. Travel required-10-25%.
