CRM Automation Specialist
• Coordinate with Marketing Director, Marketing Managers and other teams to implement communications strategies. • Develop, deliver and continually enhance data-driven multi-channel marketing campaigns including managing them through the campaign development and execution process. • Create audience segmentation logic using a variety of data sources and elements to create and deliver personalized messages and landing pages to campaign audiences. • Build communication flow to ensure optimal timing and frequency of messaging. • Manage data file delivery and fulfillment services provided by external partners. Ensure partners execute campaigns within service level agreements and that all activity is delivered, tracked, invoiced and reported accurately. • Ensure the Marketing Automation system is leveraged fully and accurately to meet business needs. • Ensure optimal data management, synching and communications tracking for all audiences, including current and prospective patients. • Monitor the quality of communication-related data within the various databases. • Track automated data integrations to ensure that data in the Marketing Automation system accurately reflects contacts’ status and preferences and includes all information needed to support communication segmentation strategies. Also ensure that data updates sent from the Marketing Automation system to the data sources are accurate and useful. • Recommend marketing automation opportunities that will improve customer acquisition efforts. • Provide recommendations to improve marketing performance by plan, campaign and audience.


• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications • Experience with relational databases, campaign management, query and reporting tools. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to comprehend complex technical and logical concepts. • Self-directed with ability maintain own workflow and meet deadlines. • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly • Ability to prioritize tasks to best meet departmental and company goals. • Good troubleshooting skills. • Project management experience a plus.
• Minimum 3-5 years marketing experience
• Ability to work overtime
