Responsibilities:
Serve the best interest of patients and the public by substituting for other dispensing professionals when required. Analyze center sales potential and provide appropriate planning/development of strategies and schedules for meeting goals and anticipating obstacles. Insure center goals are communicated for each center/individual and provide leadership, training and motivation for staff to accomplish these goals. Be fully knowledgeable in all current HEARx Sales, Operations, and Professional Service Procedures and Policies and to ensure the policies are followed at the center level. Follow and promote the company’s work and safety procedures and policies. Develop and maintain a smooth, cooperative working relationship with peers, subordinates and superiors. Training, monitoring and assessment of new and current center employees. Coordinate the implementation of new projects, marketing campaigns, marketing strategies and provide feedback as to the effectiveness of said activities. Insure the enforcement of employee intervention and disciplinary procedures according to HEARx guidelines including required action resulting from Professional Services’ Quality Assessments.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree
Skills:
Leadership planning and problem solving skills – Excellent Analytical Skills Developing procedures – Ability to manage in a retail environment Experience with or knowledge of budget – Knowledge of basic or advanced accounting principles and procedures - Ability to make judgments regarding services based on cost and serviceability Basic to Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) – Willingness to learn and use new computer programs/applications Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy- Excellent proof reading and editing skills – Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast paced environment – Ability to plan activities and programs such as meetings and orientations Ability to develop and give oral presentations to both large and small groups – Basic or advanced written communication skills – Ability to communicate detailed or technical information clearly, accurately and concisely - Experience interacting with customers/clients - Experience interacting with senior management
