Digital Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
Develop the 5 year and 1 year digital and social media strategic plan for the marketing mix by business or brand Content Management on multiple website across our different brands Detailed implementation of SEO best practices, including tracking parameters, URL structure, Title Tags and Headings, Meta descriptions, internal links, backlinks, and SEO creative content Manage social media accounts across our brands/departments – including content, community management and developing social strategies. Create Email Campaigns – Measure results and optimize campaigns Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Click Dimensions, etc. Identify and inform colleagues of marketing opportunities, potential risks, and other key issues. Work collaboratively in a team environment to ensure delivery of highest quality services and greatest value. Collaborate with colleagues in the implementation of campaigns for effective reporting and return on investment (ROI) measurement. Regular internal reporting on account metrics and aggregate performance. Set up reporting within internal tracking systems, Search Console and Google Analytics. Conduct competitive and keyword research on a regular basis. Analyze keyword costs, ad copy, landing pages, and cost per lead and per conversion Provide analysis of paid media campaign performance and devise actionable insight for improvement Project planning and prioritization for execution, reporting and delivery in an organized and timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field or equivalent experience GAIQ (Google Analytics Individual Qualification) Certified Google AdWords Certified ClickDimensions Academy
Skills:
Proficient in using Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress and Sitecore Proficient with Google and Bing’s services, including Analytics and Webmaster Tools Proficient with Social Media Management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc) Proven experience including reports and portfolios of previous SEO related work Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, statistical modeling, etc.) and other MS Office tools. A functional understanding of HTML and CSS and web principals A functional understanding of data handling and use of a CRM system Demonstrated excellent oral, presentation and written communication skills SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaign management experience SMM (Social Media Marketing) campaign management experience Ability to interact effectively at all levels of internal and external clients Able to work independently as a self-starter and efficiently in order to meet organization goals. Ability to work and manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing as necessary. Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Expertise in SEO research tools like SEM Rush, Ahrefs, MOZ, Spyfu or Raven.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of executing multi-channel/omni-channel digital marketing campaigns 3-5 years of email marketing experience
